Upgrading

Settings → Billing lists the available plans and starts checkout. Upgrades apply immediately; the new limits are live as soon as payment confirms.

Monthly and annual billing

Monthly plans renew every month. Annual billing is charged once, up front, at 8× the monthly price — you pay for 8 months and get 12 (33% off). You can switch between monthly and annual from Settings → Billing.

Credit packs (overflow compute)

Packs are one-time purchases that raise the current month's credit allowance by the pack size; they do not create a recurring charge. They are priced above the per-credit rate bundled inside a paid plan, so a subscription stays the better deal at sustained volume.

Team seats

Seats add named teammates to a project at a per-seat monthly rate. A seat is not a full plan: seat members receive reduced allowances, and the project's compute still comes from the owner's plan and credit balance. Seat pricing renders live on the Pricing page for the plans that offer seats (Starter, Pro and Enterprise).

Enterprise self-serve — scope

Self-serve Enterprise is shared managed capacity: highest queue priority, OIDC/Google sign-in, evidence-labelled results and self-serve onboarding. It does not include SAML/SCIM, uptime SLAs, dedicated single-tenant hosting or tax invoicing. On-premise and single-tenant deployment is a separate contact-sales engagement.

Managing and cancelling

The same page manages your subscription — change plans or cancel any time. There are no cancellation fees; you keep access to your data and results.

Plan questions

All plans include the full pipeline — the differences are throughput, not features. Free, Starter, Pro and Enterprise are all self-serve; for dedicated single-tenant or on-premise deployment, contact the team.
